By accessing and using Direct Deposit LLC services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Service Description

Direct Deposit LLC provides comprehensive event planning services including but not limited to:

• Event consultation and planning
• Vendor coordination and management
• Event design and styling
• Day-of event coordination
• Timeline creation and management

Booking and Payment Terms

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.
• Final Payment: Final payment is due 30 days before your event date.
• Additional Services: Any additional services requested after contract signing may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 90 days: 75% refund of paid amounts (excluding deposit)
• 60-90 days: 50% refund of paid amounts (excluding deposit)
• 30-60 days: 25% refund of paid amounts (excluding deposit)
• Less than 30 days: No refund

Limitation of Liability

Direct Deposit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
